Instructions to Register
- Please do the
payment prior registration. Payment details are given in this page. You
are needed to upload the e-copy /scanned copy / good quality photo of the
payment transaction / demand draft in the registration form. You may
additionally email it to ihci20k@gmail.com
- There are separate links for registration of
Authors† and Non-Author‡ Participants.
- Main Author
can register for either Only Conference or Both Conference + Workshop.
- Main Author
needs to pay for each additional paper.
- Registration
cost for Additional Author is given separately for Conference and
Workshop. So they can pay the total if registering for both Conference +
Workshop.
- Non-Author
Participants need to register for both the conference and workshop.
. The length
of your final paper should be a Long paper (10-to-12 pages) or a Short paper
(4-to-6 pages).
- Every
Participant must register separately.
Extra
page(s) [i.e. page [13 and above] will be charged USD25/per page.
- In case you

Participant who
has not submitted the paper online Easy chair or his/her paper is not accepted in the IHCI
Conference 2020.

Participant whose paper is accepted in the IHCI Conference 2020
Step 1. REVIEW, REVISE, and AMEND your paper as per reviewer’s comments.
Step 2. Make sure your paper has been proofread to ensure that it is ERROR FREE.
Step 3. The formatting of your final paper has to comply with the Springer LNCS Full Paper Template (http://micro.daegucvb.com/contents/?MRT=785&CID=780)
Step 4. The length of your final paper should be a Long papers (10-to-12 pages) or a Short papers (4-to-6 pages).
This is including figures, tables and references. (Only long papers are going to consider for the evaluation of award and Journal special issue). However, the length of the final article is strictly be between six (6) to twelve (12) pages only.
The paper size should be set to A4. Extra page(s) [i.e. page [13 and above] will be charged USD25/per page.
Step 5. Check for plagiarism. Final acceptance of paper is subject to similarity index of less than 20%.
Step 6. Fill in the copyright form ( https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ho9vcB2Ymu9lDU7R5Rt4dHIo_oxueGZU).
Step 7. All file name include (paperid_ Camera-ready; paperid_copyright; paperid_payment-slip)
Step 8. Author must send (Camera-ready paper + Signed Copyright form + Payment slip) files by

Step 9. Only Long paper (10+ pages) will be recommendation for the best paper awards and special issues
Step 10. The DEADLINE for camera-ready paper submissions is on November 05, 2020.
