Scope:
This special session will bring together researchers working in the areas of Cognitive Modeling, Cognitive Architectures and Systems, Cognitive Computing, Brain Modelling, Artificial Intelligence, Cognition, Self-Learning, Multi Cognitive-Agent Interactions, Inference Engine, Neuromorphic Computing, etc. and other Cognition related principles in an attempt to underline the recent developments and challenges in the area. The special session provides an informal, interactive venue for discussion of work in progress and future directions. The focus of this special session will be on solving complex problems, new technologies that mimics brain functioning and addressing the problems that are only solved by human cognitive thoughts. We invite submissions on any aspect of Artificial Intelligence and Simulating the Processes of Human Brain that relates to Cognitive Modeling and Systems. The special session will include contributed papers. Based on the review process (same as that of IHCI-2021) outcome, some quality accepted and presented papers in the special session will be included (published) in the Proceedings of IHCI-2021.Other novel contributions based on ongoing research may be invited for Oral presentation only. |

Scope:
This session appeals to scholars, practitioners, and entrepreneurs wanting to share their insights on how to adapt HCI to developing countries. We accept case studies or comparative analysis of such platforms and projects. Both successes and failures are instructive in this session for learning better routes for ICT4D in challenging circumstances such as unstable and variable electricity, weather ruggedness, educational difficulties, refugee situations, and business models for such situations. |

The adoption of ICT for education is generating data at an exponential rate. This data needs to be analyzed to get insights about learner`s behavior and to improve learning outcomes. The multidisciplinary field of Cognitive learning analytics concerns about developing theories, frameworks and technologies for the efficient analysis of educational data. The purpose of this special session on HCI Data- learning analytics is to bring together the researchers working towards addressing the challenges faced by educators due to the increasing deployment of ICT in educational institute. Scope:
Recently, the direction of AI development is centered on human beings. Beyond mechanical AI, we are trying to develop AI that is human-friendly and thinks and determines like humans. Among a number of AI applications, many fields of determining human thoughts and intentions and providing services directly to humans are being studied. Sensors such as cameras are used to sense humans and the environment, and technology that processes and analyzes signals or images acquired from sensors through AI technology is very important. In order to share the results of these studies, a special session "Human-centered AI applications" was planned. |

Health informatics refers to the practice of acquiring, studying, and managing health data and applying medical concepts in conjunction with ICT systems to help clinicians provide better healthcare. Data science refers to the use of scientific methods, processes, algorithms, and systems to extract knowledge and insights from many types structural and unstructured data.
